Elcom International, was founded in 1992 to develop and license software solutions which enable companies to conduct interactive electronic commerce. The company conducts operations through elcom Inc., its wholly-owned eProcurement and private eMarketplace technology solutions subsidiary. Over the last twelve years, the company has developed its PECOS® (Professional Electronic Commerce Online System) technology, which offers clients remotely-hosted (by elcom) eProcurement and eMarketplace systems and services with a single point of responsibility.
Elcom International has approximately 38 personnel worldwide and operates offices in the United States and UK. Headquartered outside of Boston, in Norwood, Massachusetts, Elcom International's stock trades on the OTCBB under the symbol and on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.
