Equest Balkan Properties plc has been formed to invest in the South East Europe property market with a principal focus on Bulgaria and Romania, and secondarily in the rest of the Target Region.
The Company intends to invest principally in commercial, retail and industrial property, with a view to taking advantage of attractive yields, and potential for capital appreciation; The Company has entered into the Investment Management Agreement with Equest Capital which has entered into an advisory agreement with Equest Partners.
