The principal activity of Eureka Mining is the exploration, development and management of mining assets in Kazakhstan and the FSU starting with the assets acquired Celtic Resources Holdings Plc which includes the Shorskoye molybdenum deposit; the Kentau exploration project which has several gold and base metal deposits identified; and the Mykubinsk and Central Kazakhstan polymetallic assets situated in northern Kazakhstan. In early 2005, the Company also acquired the Chelyabinsk Copper Project and will focus on completing a feasibility study this year.
