Portland Gas plc is the head of a group of companies dedicated to developing and operating gas storage facilities and gas infrastructure. It is focused on gas storage opportunities both in the UK and abroad. Portland Gas plc demerged from Egdon Resources Plc on 16th January 2008 and the first day of trading of the new company on the AIM market was the 17th January 2008.
