Eruma was incorporated in March 2005 (Registered in England No. 5388153). Eruma is the main organisation with two operating divisions - Security Blinds and Illuminex. Security Blinds was acquired in March 2005, in the same month Eruma was incorporated, and Illuminex acquired in July 2007. The main country of operation is the UK. Currently there are in issue 21,946,598 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1p each which are admitted to trading on AIM (None of these shares are held in Treasury). There is no restriction on the transfer of the Company's AIM securities.
