The company is registered in England and presently operates in Ethiopia through its sole subsidiary, Sheba Exploration Limited. The subsidiary holds a 100% interest in two exclusive mineral concessions for gold, base metals, dimension stone and mineral water covering 118 square kilometres in northern Ethiopia. In the 20 square kilometre Mereto concession area the company is exploring gold in soil anomalies at semi-detail scale with the aim of delineating drill targets.
