Company Overview

SABMiller is one of the world’s largest brewers with a brewing presence in over 40 countries, and a very strong brand heritage including: Pilsner Urquell, Miller Genuine Draft, Nastro Azzurro, Castle Lager and Tyskie Gronie.

Company Strategy

In the near term, SABMiller looks to maintain its established operations in South Africa, the rest of Africa, Europe and recent organic growth in Central America, with additional growth sought from recent big acquisitions Miller and Peroni. For the longer term, SABMiller are building on their position in the large, emerging markets of China and India, both likely to experience a natural consumer drift towards higher value, international brands.
