Company Overview

RPS is an international consultancy providing advice upon:
- the exploration and production of energy and other natural resources
- the development and management of the built and natural environment

They employ 5,000 people in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Their international presence allows them to undertake co-ordinated and integrated projects throughout the world. Since the beginning of 2010 we have undertaken projects in 123 countries across six continents.

Company Strategy

The RPS Group is commercially well positioned as the acknowledged market leader in planning and development, enviromental monitoring and management and energy consultancy. RPS continues to strengthen that position year on year.

In the 10 years since RPS became a fully listed company, the scale of the group and its profits have increased twenty-fold. The company's growth reflects both the increasing importance of the issues with which it deals and the successful implementation of a strategy which has delivered growth both organically and by acquisition.
