Kiotech's focus is the commercialisation of pheromone-based technologies in aquaculture and commercial fishing to support sustainability. Kiotech has a joint venture with UK Government agency CEFAS which develops these pheromones. The joint venture has one product on the market, Ultrabite
Ultrabite is based on pheromone appetite and bite inducing aromas to stimulate fish and induce immediate feeding behaviour.
The additive is scientifically and enviromentally tested by CEFAS, backed by DEFRA and is certified as being both environmentally and ecologically friendly.
