Company Strategy

Capita grows organically through large contract wins, within separate service streams and through small, complementary strategic acquisitions. To grow the business, they are currently focusing more on the organic development that can come from their existing client base. With over 20,000 different customers and 300 major long-term contractual relationships, there are opportunities for cross-selling. Combined with a commitment to winning major long-term contracts, this should provide a very efficient way of driving the business forward.
